After just more than one year after moving into the house we bought from Profriends, cracks have started to appear in some of the interior walls. Some are hairline but at least one reaches to the other side. Also, when it rains hard, the floor in one of the downstairs room gets wet.
What are the responsibilities and liabilities of the developer when it comes to the structural integrity of the houses they build? I heard one time on TV that they are responsible for 15 years but I can't find any reference about this on the internet.
