My family is in the process of settling my grandparents' estate. The heirs are based in the Philippines and in the US. Would it be possible to have the same deed notarized in both locations? With one page to show an acknowledgment made in the Philippines bearing the names of the Philippine-based heirs, and another with an acknowledgment made in the Philippine Consulate bearing the names of the US-based heirs?

Yes it is possible. But in all transactions involving those inherited properties, you must attached that 2 documents.
