Arresto Menor

We hired a computer teacher and computed the loading tru minutes as computed like the regular teachers. Computer subject is only 40 minutes and that's only for two days a week. WE come up that even teaching from Kinder to grade 6 he is still underload, any supporting papers regarding this issue is greatly appreciated.
