I just need some advice po. Sorry if I have a lot of questions regarding sa revocation of teaching license, but my friends are starting to worry about their license. So here are my questions:

1. Pwede ba revoke ang license ng friend ko kung siya ay bakla

That's nonse sense! hindi na uso ngayon ang discriminition! wag lang syang obvious!

2. Pwede ba revoke ang license niya because of habitual absence? What constitutes habitual absence in the first place?

Absences is not a ground to revoke his license

3. Lying with the management dahil sa pag absent (once or twice nia lang daw nagawa)

Nothing serious if it is once or twice but it should not be too often!

4. Breach of Contract with the institution (aalis po siya after the school year pero sabi sa contract niya 2 years niya kylangan mag work dun). Pano kung binayaran nia un nasa contract, pde pa b mag file ng case against the teacher?

So long as he inform them 3 months ahead for his resignation its not a breach of contract kung ayaw mo nang mag work sa kanila kahit may contract pa!

5. Kapag PDA lang sa public places (holding hands at kiss...mag boyfriend and girlfriend po sila)

another none sense!

6. Pde po b masabi na negligence or abandonment of work kung nagtuturo naman siya pero hndi nia lang tnutulungan ang mga bata sa mga school play since hndi naman tlga xa marunong mag direct ng mga play.

Teaching is his responsibility not to play with the kids trabaho ng mga assistant teacher yan! mas safe pa nga kung di sya nakikipag laro sa mga bata para walang physical contact sa kanila mairap ng mapag isipan pa sya ng mga parents ng masama kung sya pa ang magbantay sa paglalaro ng mga bata.

Hindi ako attorney pero alam ko ang trabaho ng teacher dahil ang Tito ko ay teacher din at meron syang colleague na mga bakla at tomboy!
