Hi Guys, I am seeking help from you on what to do about my case, i worked at a BPO for 3 1/2 years now but we renew contract every year Jan-Dec as an I.T. Support Specialist. Here's the situation, Last May 18 2k13, Our President emailed our helpdesk email/it group email to DISMANTLE A CUBICLE which is not a JOB for a I.T. Support. Our IT group is consisting of 4 Employee, on that day i was ABSENT, but when i came back on sunday, my colleague told me that I and one of my colleague is having a SUSPENSION ORDER/ Preventive Suspension for 30 days, in wich I dont know why? when i received the PREVENTIVE SUSPENSION, it states that the first reason is NEGLECTFUL ATTITUDE IN THE PERFORMANCE OF ASSIGNED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES second is INSUBORDINATION OR WILLFUL DISOBEDIENCE OR REFUSAL TO FOLLOW COMPANY POLICIES, DIRECTIVES, RULES, AND REGULATIONS OR SAFETY PRACTICES.
Can someone help me on what to do? Because in my 3 1/2 years of work I havent received any citations on my job, and I feel that this is a personal matter on out PRESIDENT to us (i.t. Group) Please Help us on what to do leggaly, I guess theres no DUE PROCESS MADE
