But if she does not have sex with you at all? that's another matter.
But how can you prove it? She will just say, you are maniac and you just want sex all the time. So if you insist, you can be charge of RAPE!
Why not impress her, take her for a romantic date etc. so you an get laid!

A charge for NEVER is a result for Annulment/Divorce. Meaning you can use it as a ground for an annulment.
