Arresto Menor

Atty question po. Both of us are married technically because there are not annulment papers yet. However I am separated for 3 years now but not legally. He has just been separated because of me. Question here is can we be sued by my ex husband and his ex wife? What proofs can they legally use to sue us? Please take note that he admitted that he loves me and that he is leaving her and her son for good. Will the facebook pictures be enough proof to establish the case and if it is, will those be enough to put us into prison?

why would you post evidence of your illicit relationship?

although in my opinion, that will not be sufficient for conviction.
