insult,name calling,NO love, NO respect.NO trust

hi,im a wife of an OFW for 21 years,i have two children plain housewife taking care of my children,he only call once a month,staying more time in manila than in the province, were we live every time he is home all i receive is insults,name calling like mukha kang baka or baboy,matanda,even my two kids has no exemption he will do the same name calling too,i consider myself as emotionaly battered wife, until 2004 i have my miscarriage due to emotional stress,i lost my love,follow respect,then suddenly last month he is home,3 days after he arrive he told me that he is giving me an UNCONDITIONAL FREEDOM,saying hindi kita pakiki alaman huwag mo rin akong pakiki alaman, as i understood i am free,my question,are those consider grounds for annulment?can i file an annulment?
