Directly hired operators suddenly transfered to agency

Good day!

Our current situations is that, all directly hired operators before are having their contract end and they will be transferred to agency after the company acquired manpower agency..Is this actions of the management fair?Or they abused their power and go on Labor Only Contracting?

pwede to kung pumayag yung mga employees.. unang una.. kung regular employee sila.. dapat bayaran yung years of service nila bago sila ilipat don sa agency..
