Grounds for non-renewal was reporting to work late(1 - 5 mins late). No written warning was given during my contract period and I am still included in the payroll even after my contract ended.
I heard that in a corporate work setting, reporting to work after end of contract means that contract is automatically renewed/regularized. Can I sue the school for not letting me know earlier? I will be having trouble applying because other schools usually starts their hiring process before april.
