What if i sign employment contract and then pumasok ako ng 2 days after non hindi ko itutuloy dahil sobrang layo ano pong legal action ang dapat kong gawin? may habol po ba yung employer ko sakin and is there a possibility na masira yung employment record ko?

Required ka pa din magbigay ng proper notice.

Pero sana hindi mo na lang tinanggap ang offer.

Actually 1 month contract po iyon pero hindi na po kaya ng budget ko ang transpo, ang baba pa po ng sahod ko for training lang naman daw po iyon.

Pag hindi ka nag resign ng maayos pwede kang kasuhan ng kumpanya at maari kang mapilitang magbayad ng danyos.
