here my situation my wife cheated on me & she got pregnant.

ang gusto ko lang po is sakin mapapunta ung anak ko,she now 7y/o...

ano po bang grounds ung pwede kong gamitin for this.

leverage the possibility of a charge of adultery t get voluntary custody. if not, you can file a case for custody and allege that your child was being exposed to an immoral relationship.

note that you are legally considered the father of her unborn child, as it will be born in a marriage. you can file a separate complaint to impugn that child.
