Arresto Menor

Ang house and lot ay conjugal property and nakasanla sa bank. The wife is selling it bago mailit ng bank dahil nakasanla ito, leaving no right of any kind to the husband dahil inabandona sila for 20 yrs since 1993. Kpag naibenta ba ang house and lot na yun may habol pa ba ang husband just in case out of the blue eh bumalik at i claim na kanya yung house?

kung lagpas redemption period na, damages na lang pwede i-file ng invisible husband. %%
