Arresto Menor

hindi kami kasal ni guy1 but we have 3 kids, 8, 9, 10 years old respectively. nagsama kami for 8 years, maraming sakripisyo at sakit na dinanas ko sa piling nya, nagtiis ako para sa mga bata kaso it spills out and ended that way. naghiwalay kami. nasa akin lahat ng bata, hindi ako nagdemand ng sustento dahil under minimum sweldo nya, but last year May 5 tumawag sa akin at sinabing pupunta na sya abroad, as seaman, at makakapagbigay na rin ng para sa mga bata. last November nagpadala sya sa mga parents nya at sinabi sa aking kalahati ng 20,000 na pinadala nya ay mapupunta sa mga bata pero 1,000 lang ang binigay ng parents nya. tinawagan ko ang agency nya at tinanong kung may ibang abiso si guy1 at sinabi ng nakausap ko na sa akin ipapadala allotment nya na 1,500 monthly mula October, 2012. came January, 2013, may dumating na sulat from Barangay na nagrereklamo parents nya na ninakaw ko raw allotment ng anak nila na dapat ay sa kanila mapunta. nagbayad pa ako sa kanila ng 3,500 para sa pinamasahe raw nilang na nag inquire sa agency. the agency stopped sending me the allotment, wala silang pinagbigyan kahit sa parents nya. last Monday, May 20, tinawagan ko ang agency, pleading that they will send to me the allotment dahil magpapasukan na. ang tanong ko po:
1. if ibigay sa akin allotment, is there any case na pwede nilang ifile against sa akin? who can file that case?
2. can i demand for a financial support for my kids to guy1? how?
please help.
thanks.

i don't think they will give it to you, but i don't believe any case will prosper against you as long as you did not misrepresent yourself and he gave his consent.

yes, you can demand support if he signed their birth certificates. send a letter then later file a complaint at the prosecutor's office.
