gud eve! itatanong ko lang sana paano ba mairerehistro yung birth certificate ng bata kung hindi pa sila kasal ng kinakasama niya at gagamiting apelyido yung sa tatay? may mga requirements ba na kailangan?

the process isn't any different. the father only needs to sign the affidavit at the back of the form
