Hi po. Yung topic po is about divorcement . I need your opinions kasi po uhm , sa school namin gagawa kami ng balagtasan tapos dapat daw related sa topic namin . Then wala po akong maisip kasi di po ako nakakarelate. Smile I just need your opinions po . Tsaka , issue na din kasi yan sa pilipinas , pinag-aawayan nila yung anak nila kung san mapupunta sa nanay ba or sa tatay .

the standard used by courts to decide is the best interest of the child. decided on a case to case basis. but law provides that children below 7 automatically go to the mother.
