Good Day! Do you think our employer has the right to withhold our Proportional Vacation Pay for April and May because we did not submit our clearance on time?
Another thing is they are also withholding our Performance Incentive Bonus because they want to change our Performance rating. They are not satisfied with the ratings given by our supervisor, peers and students. They want to reduce it from Very Satisfactory to Satisfactory rating.
