dear ATTORNEY:

i have a question, ill make it short.
my ex-husband want threaten to file a case against me for adultery, but we are annulled already, can he do that.
and if so what can i do to protect myself against this?

you can't prevent him from filing a complaint, but if it's true you are annulled, then that can be your defense.

thank you sooo much i gave him everything, the house and everything came from my hard work and time now that i have moved on he wants me to cash his house. what to do?

i assume that what you underwent was a by the book annulment.

his burden is to prove that you had sexual intercourse while you were married.

gather the documents, the most important is the marriage contact which has already been annotated with the annulment.
