good day sir!! i would like to ask if the marriages of my husband to two of his muslim wives are valid and/or ligitimate. his second marriage was registered in NSO. and in the CENOMAR i requested in NSO there written in the certificate that they got married here in quiapo although they are both in kuwait. while his third marriage with another filipina, who converted herself to muslim just becoz she loves him although she knows very well that my husband has a wife here in the philippines and got another wife there in kuwait and she wanted to marry my husband, their marriage is not yet registered in NSO as of November 2011 although they got married in kuwait year 2010.
my question is ... do these marriages valid or legitimate? especially the one with the second wife which is registered in NSO? does being both muslim and married in muslim rite, made their marriage valid and legitimate and made my marriage with my hubby void or dissolved?
can their marriage be dissolved if ever my husband divorced them both? do the registered marriages in NSO be dissolved if ever my husband divorced the two wives?
another thing is... my husband got the third wife pregnant, although he doesn't claim the child to be his...and he vehemently tells me over and over again that he loves me so much and he doesn't love the two wives, that he just have to do those things becoz he has to... what could be the best possible course of action he has to take? do the second wife has the right to claim for his financial support? how about the third wife who are about to deliver her child this month?
please enlighten me? how can i get full financial support from my husband being the 1st legal wife? does being a non-muslim wife dissolve my rights to financial support or any support? how about inheritance if ever there's any to be inherited?
please Attorney, enlighten me. thank you and God bless!

try writing emails to our embassy, they sometimes contact the employee if you can give contact info.

yes, you can file a case against him at the prosecutor's office. better if you can first send a demand letter at his philippine address.
