My son is born March 15,2008 and we were married December of the same year, but he was duly acknowledged by my husband,thus,he is bearing the surname of his father.My problem here is i will be applying for his passport and the date of our marriage is not indicated in his birth certificate.is he considered as illegitimate?Will i be having a problem in the DFA regarding with this matter?Pls help me..

You need not worry. You did mention that you married your son's biological father. In that case, your son was automatically legitimized by your marriage to his father.
