may kaibigan ako na ofw ang kwento nya nabuntis daw nya ang gf nya so pinakasalan nya ito then after 3 months nagabroad xa pra may pera then nalaman nya iba pla nakabuntis sa asawa nya at nakikipagkita pa ito sa lalaki at nung nanganak hindi nakaapelyido skanya, ginamit yung last name ng babae., umamin naman yung babae na hindi xa ang ama ng baby
tanong nya pede daw ba na reason ito sa annulment o anu pede ikaso sa babae? magsusustento pa daw ba xa? ngayn 1yr old na yung baby

if he can prove that she concealed the true paternity of the baby, then he can file a petition for annulment based on fraud.

if he has been outside the country, then MIGHT still be able to file a petition to impugn the legitimacy of the child.

in the case we handled, we got a dna test. pricey but best way to prove the allegation.
