Good day everyone!
I would like to ask legal advice regarding the high risk zone for the seafarer. Im a seafarer on a merchant vessel trading worldwide. We will be passing through these area and according to the company ONLY the "ratings" (the rank lower than the officers on board) will be receiving the high risk pay but not the filipino officers on-board.
Question:
Is this fair?
What appropriate actions we should do?
Secondly,i would like to clarify in which area in the high risk zone (longitude and latitude) starts and stops the high risk pay.
