My principal refused to sign my clearance because of personal reasons like i did not greet her and i did not inform her regarding my plans to get married.
I was not given sanctions or memo of insubordination for her claims, and i do not have pending jobs left in school when i resigned March of this year. However, she refused to sign me clearance (which will entitle me to claim my salary and separation pay) due to the reasons mentioned above. Is there a legal basis for her not to sign my clearance?
can this be a ground for me to file a complain to DOLE for what she is doing to me?
