Hello po.
Question po.

We bought a lot from a housing/mortgage fund and it is LOT 7 but we found out that our house was built at lot 8. We already have the title.
We (owner of lot 7 and the owner of lot8 ) just decided to exchange the transfer of certificate of title we are holding. We will give our title to them and they will give their title to us. Is that possible?

When we go to BIR to transfer the title to our names, they will put their names on lot 7 and our names will be put on their lot 8. Is that possible?
