What are the appropriate steps to be taken to resolve a conflict wherein two different owners have their own Transfer Certificate of Titles which covers the same particular land? The one comes from a reconstituted title and the other is based on an alledged lost or burned certificate?

File a petition for quieting of title, submit your evidences and let the judge decide that. Only the court can resolve that conflict.

Gud pm..ask ko lng po kung transfer of certificate of title po b,pano po ang computation nun ayon sa batas?sabi po kc samin sa bank 12% ng property value,pero meron naman po nakapagsabi samin na aroun 20-25k lang daw po?ano po ba talaga ang totoo? Please help po.. thanks"
