I am a postpaid subscriber of Globe Telecom and it has come to my knowledge that the company disclosed a phone number from my Call Log to an unauthorized person without any verification or whatsoever.
This person just went to a Globe store here in our place and asked for the number right then and there and it was provided by an incompetent representative.
I am disgusted by the lack of responsibility from the company and I would like to ask for any advice on what course of action should I take against this. Thank you.
