Hello po,may tanong lang po ako. Nag resign po ako last december 2012,6yrs and 9months po ako nagtrabaho sa company na yun.Two weeks ago, natanggap ko po yung last pay ko na nagkakahalaga ng P2,000 only.Sabi po sa akin ng HR dept,di daw po sila nagbibigay ng seperation pay kahit gaano pa katagal nagtrabaho sa kanila, tama po ba yun?

iba po ang separation pay sa last pay:) . separation pay is given to an employee who was terminated due to authorized cause. yung sa last pay po, depende po yun kung ilang araw yung pinasok nyo sa trabaho na hindi nyo pa nakukuha.

Ganun po ba. Ibig po ba sabihin, kahit na ilang taon na ko nagtrabaho sa company,wala po ako matatanggap na pay maliban sa last pay?

kung walang company policy.. ganon po talaga.. kahit 20 years ka pa nag wo work.. wala ka makukuhang separation..

ang makukuha mo lang yung last pay, pro rated 13th month, unused leaves (kung may policy na pwedeng i convert sa cash).
