Gud am.
Just want to inquire:
Panu kapag si employee ay naka-probationary, Tapos nag submit sya ng resignation which is inaccept ng company ang reason at kahit hindi 30 days notice.
Tapos ang gusto nyang mangyari ay umalis na kahit hindi pa umabot sa sinubmit nyang effectivity ng resignation,
Anu po ba ang maganda o dapat gawin?

Kailangan 30 days notice kahit Probi pa lang sya.. if he can't complete that then you can hold his last salary and issuance of COE.

sir, what if po kapag palagian na syang absent,
i mean nagpaalam sya na mag absent tapos kahit dimo inallow o pinayagan eh nag-absent pa rin sya.?

Walang magagawa yung company kundi sundin ang effectivity date na nakalagay sa resignation letter ng isang empleyado.

Gawin nyo yung regular na proseso. Magpadala ng BTWO kung kelangan, i-terminate by reason of Job Abandonment kung kelangan. I-consider as unauthorized absence yung mga araw kung kelangan, depende sa sitwasyon.

Usual Process of sending BTWN. Kung mauuna effectivity ng Resignation sa Job Aboandonent e wala ka magagawa.
