In relation to this question.. I also filed my resignation dated Mar 27,2013 but since my manager was on emergency leave i submnitted the letter to our HR manager.. but since wlang pirma yung manager ko she did not signed the letter..
The content of my resignation lette is that may effectivity date is on April 25, 2013.. becoz my start date with my new company is on Apr 29, 2013..
So mar 28 and 29 is a holiday kaya di rin napirmahan ng manager ko yung letter ko.. come April 1, 2013 di sya pumasok.. Apr 2, 2013 nag one-on-one meeting kme wiht my manager pero di niya pinirmahan yung letter ko kase nga daw di acceptable yung date na nilagay...
But since Apr 25, 2013 (thur) supposed to be is my last day...para lng mapirmahan yung resignation letter ko... binago ko yung content... i eliminated yung effectivity date without changing the Mar 27, 2013 w/c is the date when i compose the old letter.. tpos pinirmahan nya ang nilagay po niyang recvd date is apr 26... ngyn binabalikan ako less than 30 days daw yung resignation ko... may grounds po ba sila para kasuhan po ako?..Please help po
