Arresto Menor

May crime po ba na na commit kung yun signature ng notary public sa Affidavit was signed by another person pero inangkin naman ng notary public na sa kanya yun signature kahit na may certification sa signature expert na di nya signature yun? Paano po pag ginamit yung affidavit na yun as evidence sa kaso sa labor?

Then it cannot be used as evidence, since the signature is not from the Lawyer; If the NBI has verified that the signature is fake, then it is not admissible.

May crime po ba na nagawa yun lawyer na umangkin na pirma nya yun notaryo at nagsubmit nung Affidavit sa arbiter kasama ng position paper?
