Magtatanong lang po. Paano po kung nung nag apply ka ng philippine passport, tampered or falsified ang NSO birth certificate mo pero di nalaman at nabigyan ka pa din ng passport. Ngayon nasa ibang bansa na yung tao, Kapag ito po ba ay pinag alam sa DFA or NSO, ano po ang maaaring mangyari?

Sana po ay masagot ninyo ang aking katanungan.

nothing sure. first it has to be proven to the dfa that there was falsehood, then the dfa has to decide whether they want to do anything about it.

salamat po. Just a follow up question, cause in NSO, "T" ang middle initial nya so she went to Recto to have it changed to "P" to apply for her philippine passport. The passport was granted because of the tampered birth certificate. What is the next best course of action? Should this be reported to DFA or NSO? Please advise. Thank you.

nightlighter, why would you want to report it? are you trying to get back her? if so,you can write a letter to DFA and attach your evidence or file a complaint at the prosecutor's office.

ano po ang gagawin ko kasi ginamit po ng ibang tao ang birth cerficate ko sa pagkuha ng passport nabigyan sya at nakalabas na ng bansa pero nandito na sa pinas nakakuha na rin sya ng passport sa pangalan nya,ngayon nag apply ako ng nbi clearance for abroad pending po kc may ibang gumamit sa name ko ano po ang gagawin ko?may pananagutan po ba ako dahil aware po ako na ginamit ang birth certificate ko?makakakuha pa ba ako ng passport ko?

you were aware? then you are as guilty as the other person, and if i were the dfa, ban you from having a passport
