Hi,

I would like to inquire if it is legal to not give health card benefit (maxicare) not (philhealth) to regular employees even it is stated in the employment contract. I am more than one year with the company but they have not issued me health card and even company ID.

Kindly advice and what should I do.

what does your contract state exactly?

It stated in the contract that upon regularization, will be entitled for a health card benefit, 15days VL and SL and other benefits that gov't requires.
