- my boyfriends working in a call center, he has been staying in a company for more than a year now, in there contract medicard is inclusive once they got regularized but it took the company 11months before he got his medicard which was supposed to be given on his 6th month, anyway, now he found out that the medicard dont have fund because the company wont pay medicard for the benefit/coverage
- together with his officemates they complain at their HR
- after a week they were suprised that an amount was charged to their salary and they were informed that it will be for the medicard
- is that legal? the company is charging them the medicard payment and deducting it from their non taxable allowance. thank you
