Arresto Menor

Maraming salamat po sa oras. Tanong ko lang sana po tungkol sa pagtaas ng renta. Ilang araw po ba dapat malaman ng nagrerenta ang pagtaas ng bayad bago ito ipatupad. At okay lang po ba na magtaas ang renta more than 50%. Maraming salamat po. =)

Building po ito. Isang unit amin pong nirerentahan. May business at sa unit din po kami nakatira. From 9k po kasi naging 15k.

You can file complaint to HUDCC, your rent shall not be increased by more than 7% annually.

Maraming salamat po sa oras. Nagtataka nga po kami. Wala pong notice yung pagtataas. Kontrata na po kaagad na nakalagay na 15k na po ang renta. April 4 2013 po nila binigay ung kontrata. April 10 2013 ang due nila para mapirmahan ang kontrata. Pag hindi pa po napirmahan di na daw po pwede magrenew. April 30 2013 na po yung effectivity nung increase.
