my mom got her inheritance when her mom passed away around 1984. due to difficulties in life she only had time to transfer her inheritance in her name this year but all the taxes were being paid every year since 1984 by our family.
may i ask if how much (or estimated cost) will it cost for transferring the real property she inherited from her mom?
it is a non-irrigation property or even for any agricultural purpose, 1393 sq. m in size located the innermost part of a province somwhere in north ..
