i was put under preventive suspension due to not hitting the sales target. They based my team's performance for the last two weeks. Btw, i am an asst team leader in a bpo company. I was wondering if lawful yung pag suspend saken, i wasn't also given any coaching logs on that matter. My tl was not suspended either. I was really surprised sa mga nangyari. Unpaid po ba while under preventive suspension. I am also planning to go to nlrc next week. Malakas po ba laban ko?
