my wife is receiving text messages from an unknown number. kilala nya po ang wife ko and the text-er is harassing her sexually. ano po ba ang pwedeng gawin na steps upang masakote ang lokong nagttxt sa asawa ko. other than changing her number.

my problem is reniklamno kami sa baranggay ng harrasment dahil pinaguusapan o pinupulutan
raw sa inuman ang nagreklamo ay pinadalhan ng text na hindi namin kilala, is harrasment?
