pde bang makasuhan ng libel kapag sa private message dinaan ang trash talk?

kasi nag private message ako to someone and nag away kmi through pm.. then she threatened me na kasuhan daw ako..

ang pagkakaintindi ko is pag hindi public hindi ito libel.. pero may pde ba syang ikaso sa akin?

If it is a private message, usually it is not actionable. But he will definitely look for other bases for your act of posting it as a PM. He may probably use this theory: that you have the intention of maligning him publicly though it was made in PM. In other words, he will show your motive vs. posting in PM. You can argue in your defense that there is no malice intended and it was not meant for publication to be read by other persons.

may evidence nman na wla akong intention gawing public yun kc nka save ung pinagusapan namin na sinabi kong hindi ko pinagkakalat ang sinabi ko.

sa unjust vexation po,
pano po kung sya ung unang ng gulo like.. tawag ng tawag sa phone na nag tthreat mag file ng case kung hindi tatanggalin ang ban nya sa village namin?
