Arresto Menor

Good day!
Pumirma po ng kontrata ang isang empleyado. Kaso hindi pala siya pinapapirma talaga ng kontrata ng HR nila. Hindi pa naman po nakapagreport yung empleyado sa first day niya. Ang desisyon ngayon ay i-withdraw ang kontrata. Legal po ba yun?
