good day!sir,what does the law say regarding withdrawal of resignation?

scenario:an employee filed a resignation due to plans of going abroad, but due to middle east unrest, the employee decided to abort his plans to go abroad and continue with his employment with his company.but his employer decided to reject his request and proceeded with the resignation.

please help us,thank you very much.

resignation can be withdrawn only before the employer accepts the resignation. after that, it has to be with consent of employer.
