my longtime bf cheated on me years back. he had her other gf pregnant then. i must sacrifice for the baby so we part ways and they got married. and we never had communication since nun.after 5yrs of unsuccessful marriage, they both decided na mghiwalay although d napag usapan ang annulment. that's the time na bumalik sya s akin. i accepted him. but when he worked abroad and the wife found out bgla ng demand si wife na bumalik s kanya. we broke up again. that time na kami na ulit, he used to send me remmitances, and syempre may mga exchanges of messages na nakita ng wife s email ng guy kasi nakialam sya ng password. btw, we broke up last yr but we still have communication but not as bf/gf and not often. now, the wife is sending me foul messages, she forwarded the remmitance receipt. and she even told me na guguluhin nya ako s ofc dahil may mga proof sya. the question now is if ever, can she file a case against me? meron dn ba akong pwedeng i file against her?

It is a crime for a married man to keep a mistress in the conjugal dwelling, or to have sexual intercourse with his mistress under scandalous circumstances, or to cohabit with his mistress in any other place. This is punishable as concubinage under Article 334 of the Revised Penal Code.

She can file a case against her husband.

Argue, that you are a victim of deceit and was made to believe that they are annulled.

You have ended the relationship a long time ago.

You can file for harassment against the wife if she continues to bother you.
