My relative po ako na nafile ng physical injury pero nadissmiss ang kaso dahil natalo yung ang nag akusa sa kanya, sa ngayon po ay nagfile sila ng panibago case na slight physical injury pero nakaalis na po ako ang inaakusahan dahil nag migrate paano po ang gagawin nya sa mga nakaset po na hearing. Siya po ay makaksuhan dahil hindi po siya makakattend?

Usually when there is no counter, the case is elevated in court.
