Atty's, I wanted to file 2 counts of estafa sa isang developer ng house and lot. Kung ang office nila ay nasa pasig at ang address ko ay sa Cavite, pwede ko ba ito i file sa RTC ng Cavite? Pwede din ba ito maging grounds for hold departure order? Thanks!
