Good day admins

question regarding sa "estafa case" can i file estafa to couples who borrow money with me amount of 15,000 and they surrender to me ATM of her husband together with their I.D. xerox...they only pay 5000
the rest is still no payment...because her husband is gone/hiding and my only contact is his wife...

thanks for any concern replies...
