hi ask ko lang, kasi yung wife ko nanganak ng dec. kaso until now hindi pa nya nakukuha ng buo yung maternity claim nya na dapat iaadvance ng employer nya. yung unang bnigay sknya wala pa sa kalahti ng dapat matatanggap nya tapos yung kabuuan sana ng makukuha nya ay hinold ng agency at ayaw nila ibigay, kasi nalaman nila na nagfile yung misis ko sa labor. ano ba pwde namin gawin laban doon sa agency nya..? thanks

good afternoon,
tanong ko lang po sana, may posibilidad po bang matanggal sa trabaho ung HR namin na nagpilit sa akin na mag-resign ako? kung hindi, pwede ko po bang ihain sa atty. na ipatanggal siya, sa kadahilanan sa ginawa niya sa akin na pilitin ako mag-resign? ano po ang magiging penalty ng Constructive Dismissal at ano po ang pwedeng ikaso po sa HR, dahil po binibawasan po ang aking sweldo ng 500 hundred every pay day na wala naman po akong pinipirmahan na kahit anong salary deduction notice?

tulungan niyo naman po ako..

Kausapin mo muna bisor mo. Tell him your predicaments. Pag ang resulta di angkop sa iyo, then sa presidente ng kumpanya. Pag ayaw pa din, NLRC na. Yun, once magreklamo ka, handa ka sa lahat at maghanap ng ibang trabaho.
