Ask ko lang for any legal advice regarding Full Down Payment. I bought a house in Carmona last year under Bank financing. After 4 months, I was denied by the bank dhil po sa CMAP. The Seller states on their Contract to Sell is " When the buyer denied by the bank due to CMAP, the contract shall automatically converted to In House financing". Is it possible na ilipat ko nalng sa kapatid ko ung unit ko and refinance again to Bank Financing under his name na just to get atleast 50% of my Down Payment from my brother kse they want to buy a new house? And also, in my case, what is the best way to get atleast something from my full downpayment and is it possible that we can refuse the in house financing offered by the Developer? even if it stated from the CTS? please help....
