Good Day,

Sa kadahilanang di kme mapprove sa bank home loan kung kaya't d po kme makapgmove in, at ninanais na po lng nmin hindi ito ituloy. Dhl ito'y pre-selling condominium mayroon po akong binayaran na halagang Php15,000.00 na downpayment at 4yrs po un issue q (48 months) post dated checks amounting Php5,541.67 each sa developer ito'y mula nung July 15, 2014 at magtatapos sa June 15, 2018. Ano po bang hakbang ang maari namin gawin upang mabawi lahat ng aming binayarad? Caple po ba kme a Maceda Law RA6552?
