gud pm. inquire ko lang po if we need a lawyer once we filed formal complaint to hlurb against developer who has not given us title even we have already paid in full.

no, not yet, discuss your concern first to developer. Its a long process sometime for other developer to transfer the title to your name, ask the developer for how long it takes them to transfer. If they failed on agreed time then, that is the time to file complaint. Calma amiga!
