Sa company po kasi namen, may 2 types ng pasahod.
Monthly Paid at Daily Paid.
Sa pagkakaalam ko po, sa Monthly Paid employees po, 13 working days po sila palagi every cut-off kahit na 10 or 15 days ang actual working days nila basta wala silang absent:
Example: (1 cut-off, no absences)
Actual Working Days = 11
Days Worked in Payroll Computation = 13
Salary = 10,000 or 769.03 per day
Ok naman po ang computation regarding the one above.
Sa Daily Paid employees naman po, usually po ang rate nila is Minimum Wage (426+30).
Example: (same cut-off, no absences)
Actual Working Days = 11
Days Worked in Payroll Computation = 11
Salary = 5,016 or 456 per day
Tama naman din po ito based on my research.
Ang problema lang po na meron ako ngayon is this:
Meron po kaming mga employees na ang rate is let's say 15,000 per month pero NO WORK NO PAY po. Kaya medyo naguguluhan po ako sa pagcompute.
Scenario:
(1st cut-off, no absences)
Actual Working Days = 11
Days Worked in Payroll Computation = 11
Salary = 7,500 or 681.82 per day
(2nd cut-off, no absences)
Actual Working Days = 13
Days Worked in Payroll Computation = 13
Salary = 7,500 or 576.92 per day
If you would notice, magkaiba po ang daily rate nila sa 2 cut-offs so depende po sa actual working days dun sa cut-off kung magkano ang daily rate nila. Ang iniisip ko lang po, basta makumpleto nila yung working days sa cut-off, makukuha nila yung half-month salary nila. Pero hindi ba dapat fixed ang daily rate? And can someone help me with the computation of EEMR, ADR, of Daily Paid and Monthly Paid employees? And total number of days in a year.
