hold payroll atm

Hi need advice po metrobank po hold my atm payroll account because of my cc na kulang daw po ang bayad ko dahil minimum lng binabayad ko. gus2 ko lng malaman po kng tama po ba ang ginawa nila? ung cc na po un ay hindi kame personal nag apply hr po ang nagbigay ng list ng details namin 50 employees ang binigyan nila one time process. kinausap ko po muna ung branch manager kng saan ung atm payroll namin naka assign at sabi nga po nya offset daw ung atm payroll ko dahil sa cc ko. tas tumawag ako sa hotline kinausap ko po ung collection officer nila at sabi sa akin kapag nag bayad daw po ako ng 7500 at ma lift na po ung hold ng payroll atm ko at bibigyan pa daw ako ng 2k na discount sa total amount ko na utang of 18k lahat lahat na.

i immediately inform our hr pero wala cla idea bakit na hold ung payroll account ko wala din agreement between the bank and my employer or the hr. update was i pay na the amount that collections told me to pay para daw ma lift ung holding ng atm ko pero as of today d pa din naibabalik ung pag ka lift tumawag na rin ako sa branch manager ng banko sabi wait pa daw cla advise from collection. ang nakakainis lng una hindi ako inform na i hold pangalawa alam ko bawal un dahil hindi pwede i hold ang salary.
